Her Glass Slipper Charity Drive 2010
in aid of The Kidz Horizon Appeal

In the spirit of giving this festive season, Her Glass Slipper is raising funds for children with chronic illnesses through our shoe donation campaign. Every cent raised through the resale of these shoes will be given directly to The Kidz Horizon Appeal. Please help us in this meaningful cause.

The Kidz Horizon Appeal is a charitable organization that attends to an often helpless group of people in society - children who are suffering from chronic or terminal illnesses. The Appeal supports almost all the children in Singapore with AIDS/HIV.  Each child requires between $800-1,800 per month for medication and treatment.Each year some S$200,000 is extended to these children for HIV medication alone. In addition, an average of 17 cancer stricken children receive assistance from KHA annually. Each child requires
$3,000-25,000 for therapy.

Funds are administered and disbursed through the KK Hospital Health Endowment Fund. TKHA seeks your support to make a difference in these children’s lives.

So take out those shoes that just aren't right for you anymore. We will use them to raise funds to ease the pain of the innocent suffering children. The kids will treasure your gift. Help us to make them smile again.
